Tubbs Romp to Stomp 2011

For those of you who have not heard of the Tubbs Romp to Stomp, it’s an awesome snowshoe event to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation to battle breast cancer.  The events take place all over the country, but the Colorado event is by far the largest.  There were around 3,000 people at the event in Frisco, CO last Saturday. They ended up raising about $117,000!

We were there with our prize wheel, Frisbee toss, and pink cotton candy! RockyMoutnainTrail.com ended up giving away over $6,000 worth of gear and prizes in 4 hours. It was pretty awesome, and we had a total blast. Special thanks to Kelty, The North Face, Camelbak, Sigg, DaKine, and Osprey for their donations. Our The North Face rep, Mark, was the man and brought some sick mugs to give to a lucky 100 people. Thanks Mark. Below are a few pics of the event.
