Need some inspiration?

So, biking season is here. I, like many people, didn’t do any cardio this winter, unless holding my breath while chugging my favorite beverage counts. Unfortunately, my winter sports, skiing and snowboarding, don’t require a ton of cardio. Getting into a routine to get back into shape can be a little tough. I always want to start out where I left off in the fall, but after the first ride of the season and nearly killing myself, I realize I have to start out slow and build my muscles and lungs back up. Starting that process can suck, so here’s some inspiration:
